What a Dish was founded on the principle that great meals begin with fresh local ingredients and the inspiration of our chefs. As such, we always give priority to local producers and suppliers. Our milk is from Lobethal; our free range eggs and chicken are from Kangaroo Island; our olive oil is from Strathalbyn; our beef, lamb and pork are from the Coorong. When it comes to fruit and vegetables, our seasonal menus incorporate at least 90% SA grown produce.
